Choosing the right career path can be overwhelming — especially for learners in Grades 9 to 12. Our career guidance assessments are designed to support learners in making informed, confident subject and career choices based on who they are and what they’re naturally suited for.

• Aptitudes and abilities – What the learner is good at

• Personality and interests – What kind of work environments suit them

• Values and motivations – What’s important to them in a career

• Academic performance – To ensure choices align with academic potential

Based on the assessment, we provide:

• A detailed, easy-to-understand career report

• Information on post-matric study options (university, college, TVET, etc.)

• A list of career options matched to their profile

• A one-on-one feedback session to explain results and answer questions
