Some learners face genuine barriers that make it difficult for them to perform to their full potential under standard exam conditions. Our assessments help determine whether a learner qualifies for exam accommodations (also known as concessions or accommodations), and we provide the necessary documentation to support school or education department applications.

We assess for difficulties in areas such as:

  • Reading, writing, and spelling

  • Processing speed

  • Concentration and attention

  • Memory and comprehension

​

Based on the findings, we may recommend accommodations such as:

  • Extra time

  • A reader or scribe

  • Rest breaks

  • Use of a computer

  • Enlarged print or other visual aids

All recommendations are based on evidence gathered through a comprehensive assessment process. We provide a detailed report that schools can use when submitting to the relevant education authorities for approval.
